Jennifer took to Instagram to share the funny throwback, revealing that she and her late husband had a unique system when it came to borrowing money from each other. According to her, they would create proper agreements—complete with the borrowed amount, repayment date, and even pictures taken for “proof,” just in case anyone tried to “misplace” the paper intentionally or otherwise.

Laughing through the memory, Jennifer remarked that lending money to family—especially a spouse—often comes with a “90% chance” of never getting the money back, and many fans agreed wholeheartedly in the comments.

She wrote:

“Jp and I got to signing agreements, and also stating dates and time monies lent would be returned. We further had to take pictures of the papers incase the paper gets missing, deliberately torn or hidden.”

She then threw the question to her followers: “Do you lend your spouse, partner, or family member money, or do you dash them? Let’s discuss.”

The post immediately sparked laughter and heartfelt responses, with fans sharing similar stories and praising the couple’s fun and transparent approach to finances. Many also expressed admiration for the love and friendship the couple shared.

However, beyond the humor, the moment carried a bittersweet undertone. Jennifer reflected on the pain of losing Junior Pope, who tragically drowned last year in the Anam River in Anambra State. The nostalgic post served as both a tribute and a reminder of the warmth, joy, and companionship the actor brought into his family’s life.

Even in his absence, Junior Pope continues to inspire smiles and tender memories, with this humorous money-borrowing note serving as yet another proof of the love and laughter he left behind.
