Controversial social media critic, Verydarkman, has once again taken aim at Nigerian businessman and influencer, BLord, shortly after his Instagram account was suspended.
The duo have been at odds for weeks, exchanging heated words and online jabs following BLord’s recent advertisement of iPhone XRs modified to resemble iPhone 17 models, which he promoted as a more affordable alternative for buyers looking for the latest Apple designs.
Verydarkman responded swiftly by posting his own advertisement selling similar phones at a cheaper rate, sparking tension and further intensifying their online rivalry.
BLord retaliates amid rivalry
Angered by what he perceived as sabotage, BLord retaliated by posting inappropriate and unflattering videos of Verydarkman on his official Instagram page, accusing him of being obsessed with bringing others down for clout.
However, this move backfired when Instagram swiftly suspended BLord’s account, wiping out his large following and cutting off his main channel of business promotion.
Fans speculated that the suspension was linked to the explicit content he posted, which violated Instagram’s community guidelines on nudity and harassment.
Verydarkman reacts to BLord’s downfall
In a new video, the outspoken activist mocked BLord, claiming that karma had caught up with him and that the suspension was the natural outcome of his actions.
According to Verydarkman, BLord’s attempt to destroy his reputation had only led to his own downfall, and he had nothing to lose since his image had long been controversial.
He emphasized that while BLord’s reputation and business had taken a major hit, he remained unaffected, as he had built his name amid criticism and controversy.

“I told them if I come for you, you’re the victim; if you come for me, you’re still the victim. Either way, you’ll learn, and you’ll learn the hard way. Out of anger, as you don cast wey you go bring your price down, you go dey post noodles. I’m not even happy they brought the account down — I had a lot of things to say to him. I don tell una before, I came with a tarnished image, nothing fit move me. Now you don lose in every way. Business-wise, I don collect am.”
The incident has since divided fans online, with some supporting Verydarkman for “exposing fake influencers,” while others argue that both men have taken their rivalry too far and should focus on more productive pursuits.
